How to replace the battery on an Echo Water Pitcher:

1. Remove all water from the pitcher and then turn the pitcher upside down. 

2. Using a butter knife or flathead screwdriver remove the rubber feet from the bottom of the pitcher (Keep the sticky side of the rubber feet up while replacing the battery). 

3. Using a small Phillips head screwdriver remove the screws that were under the rubber feet. 

4. In the groove at the top of the battery between the two feet that you removed; insert a butter knife or flathead screwdriver to pop the battery out. 

5. Disconnect the battery cable from its connection. 

6. Plug the new battery into the battery connection and push the battery back into place. 

7. Reinsert the screws using a small Phillips head screwdriver until they are snug. Overtightening the screws can cause damage to your pitcher. 

8. Replace the rubber feet placing the sticky side back down on the screws. 

9. Charge the new battery for 3 to 5 hours or until the battery indicator light turns green.
